KH Chat is a chat client allowing communication over a Windows Network. KH Chat doesn’t use the internet or any network traceable activity, such as Net Send. You point KH Chat to a location (possibly a shared network drive) and KH Chat will use that location to send your conversation. This means KH Chat’s activity is untraceable and cannot be blocked.
