Check in your device manager and see if it is under unknown or where it should be and wether or not it says its functional.

If all SEEMS ok, then try uninstalling it and trying the link Jam provided.

If not, provide us with a little more detail, expanding upon "it doesnt work" and then maybe one of us can identify the problem
