Okay, so it is supposed to be a driver for the printer: EPSON Stylus Photo R220 Series
If you don't have that type of printer, then it can go
You might also want to just scan that one file with your anti virus.

If you don't need it, have a look to see f it is installed in the Add / Remove programs in Control Panel, if not.. just delete it of.
