Well, how much space does it take up? if it doesnt take up that much space then theres really no rush to delete it right? Also if you want to delete it, is the account your on an administrator account? If it is, and its not working, then try and make a new administrative account, and then go on that account, and see if its there, and if it is, then try and delete it since your on a new admin account.
