Annotations enables you to write messages inside the video itself.
This means that it is now possible to do the following:

> Add background information about the video.
> Create stories with multiple possibilities
> Link to related YouTube videos, channels, or search results from within a video

How ever, this is only in the Beta stages. It only supports English, and will only work on YouTube its self. - Not a YouTube video that has been embedded onto another site.
