What have you installed since the last time the program ran without trouble? Another thought, it could be Windows updates. Maybe one of them caused the problem. You could uninstall each update or program one at a time to find out which one caused the problem. Before doing that you could go to FOXCONN Channel Service _ Online Contact and find out if anyone else has reported a similar problem.
