Default New Motherboard

I currently have a FoxConn 45CMX mobo and it has served me well, but I'm having problems with putting all my extra cards in. I want to have both my video card and TV tuner card in at the same time, but my video card's heat sink is so large it covers the PCIx4 slot that my TV card uses so I have to shutdown my computer every time I need to record something or use the video card. I'm looking for a mobo that has a wide enough difference between the two slots that I can use them both, but haven't ran across one yet. Has anyone heard of one that I could use?

The new mobo needs to compatible with Core 2 duo LGA775 too.
