Am doing a sheet for college its my last one!!

but am having some trouble working out how i would do this. The work sheet is titled Configure, manage and troubleshoot File Encryption and the question is list the steps that would be taken to recover a key.

I have tryied googling the question but it keeps telling me about windows logon recovery..

Any help would be very helpfull thanks.
