Yeah, M$ support sucks. It's only a bunch of Indian guys who are pretty much robots, they have to follow a script. Same with Dell's support. So right after you finish a sentence, they say ,"Nice weather we're having," and we don't give a damn, all we want to know is how our computers will get fixed. But I can't really vote, I use XP SP2.
