Okay what you need to do is click on the tools menu. If this is hidden then click on the Cog (settings icon far right hand side of the screen) and select internet options. Then find browsing history and click on delete which will bring up a screen for various delete options. Click delete all and you will find that all browsing history etc will be deleted. I have attached a picture to show you what I mean.
