What can work great is to create a sentence like:
iLuvemyd0gS@m. Basically, I love my dog Sam. By replacing some letters with special characters and numbers you slow down people. by placing the period at the end (yes use the period) you really throw off people. Still, all this does is slow the password cracker, it will eventually find it, it's a matter of math.
