I bought a Targus mini mouse with the model number paum01u yesterday, but I can't get it to install correctly. Its suppose to be plug and play, but when I plug it in it says "USB device not recognized", then it goes into installing the drivers, but says "Unknown device drivers were installed correctly". The infrared sensor on the mouse lights up for about 3 seconds after I plug it in, then goes blank and I can't get it to work at all. I've tried restarting several times and still nothing. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
