Default Monitor

i have been lookin into monitors for my computer, and i found this:

Buy Hitachi 32LD6600 32in HD Ready LCD TV. at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for .

it is quite cheap (just in my budget), and it has PC input... does this mean that i can plug it into my computer, so it can be my computer screen, but also my television?

It will be wall mounted, and it says it has PiP (a small image of a channel in the corner of the screen, with a big image of another channel in the main of the screen).

anyway, i have 2 questions...

1) can i plug my PC in to use it as a monitor?

2) if so, can i have the computer image in the small screen from PiP, and the main image showing a television program (and vise-versa)

thanks, and if any more info is needed, just ask....
