Default "a clock interrupt was not received from a secondary processor"

Hi all, newcomer here.

At any rate, I recently re-constructed my gaming rig. I'm gonna post full specs here just so you know what I'm dealing with, then I'll drop into my problem; AMD 6000+, MSI GeForce 8800GTS, 2GB Kingston Hyper-X 800 Ram, Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtremegamer sound card, 2 SATA HD's, all controlled through my ASUS M2N-E SLI motherboard. I think thats it.

At any rate, you can see that my components are decently high end and all by quality manufacturers. Still, every since upgrading from my old Socket 939 FX-60 Vista has been crashing on me, and often.

Basically what happens is my computer will freeze in whatever its doing, and my HD indicator LED on my case goes nuts, and I get a BSOD. The message indicates that "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval." I figured, though I wasn't sure, that some of the following code would be useful, so I wrote it down as well; STOP: 0x00000101 (0x00000061, 0x00000000, 0x832D7120, 0x00000001).

Further research allowed me to figure out very basically what this code means, but I have no idea how to isolate the problem or from where it stems. The problem seems to be random, though it does occur more over intensive load, such as gaming.

I'm at a real loss here. I just spent a lot of money on this system and so far I've not been able to figure out why its doing this. I do not know if this is related, but since installing the new CPU, motherboard, and Ram (the only three new components to my system) I've also been receiving odd, random disconnects from WoW while playing. My net is fine, as other programs can run no problem, but I get removed from the server.

If anybody has any info that can help me I'd appreciate it. If you need anything else from me feel free to ask, I'm hoping that if I get my issue fixed, it'll help other people out in the end!
