There are several ways, but being lazy I always use the easiest, which is the one I'll tell you about.
1) Open the folder containing the fonts you want to install. Make sure they are unzipped first!
2) Click Start, then run. Enter the following, without the quote marks: "c:\WINDOWS\Fonts" [if Windows isn't installed on the "C" drive label, just change it in the command
3) This will open your fonts folder. Drag and drop the fonts you want to install and a small box will very briefly appear showing the progress of the font install. While you are there you might want to clear out a few fonts you don't use, as too many fonts can slow down your computer.
4) You're done! You might need to close and reopen any running programs for them to see the new fonts.
