The duplicator should have one or more access panels on the sides, front, or rear (depending upon the model). Usually these panels have a phillips-head screw(s) securing it to the chasis.

Generally, all duplicators allow IDE/EIDE form factor drives. So, as long as your device (CD or DVD burner) is an IDE/EIDE device, it should be compatible. Your duplicator software may also contribute to its support -- check with your software specs to be sure the hardware device is compatible.
