The four Ethernet ports on the back of your router are completely optional and are only there if you want to connect your hardware at the full 100mbps theoretical network speed [note this will not affect your internet performance] versus the 54mbps you get on a wireless network or less.
My Belkin router only has four, but I only use one of them. However, yours will function absolutely fine without them - if you haven't set it up already though, you may need to use one temporarily as per the setup instructions.
